I cannot play some MP4 or MKV files

Will a firmware upgrade solve this problem?

If it can’t play “some” then there must be “something” wrong with the files

(eg. Wrong Profile, Bit Depth higher the 8bits, Unsupported Codec etc)

Post Mediainfo information so we can take a look

I figured as much…I renamed some of the file names to identify them as MKV and MP4 and they appear to work…looks like a naming convention issue…thanks!
