I can not acces http://wdmycloudex2/

I can access my documents and pics via mycloud app. And I can access all documents via https://files.mycloud.com/. So far so good. WD sync on my laptop works perfect, but I want to add some directories to sync files. And here is the problem, when I try to add a directory to sync files this error appears: 401 error, not certified.
Also I can not acces http://wdmycloudex2/ not reachable. 401 error.
Please help…
