I can no longer access my dashboard on my mac?

Good afternoon,
I recently purchased a WD Live to use a a backup to my MyCloud 4tb. I have not accessed my dashboard in some time but the icon is still in my toolbar and both devices (MyCloud and My Book Live) are green and “live”. I am trying to create the backup for MyCloud but I cannot access the dashboard.

Any help is much appreciated!

Have you tried accessing via the IP address?

I was able to find a solution. I reinstalled the WD My Cloud software and I was able to access the dashboard!
