Huh721212al5200

I have bought 8 HUH721212AL5200 12TB SAS drives, and 3 where giving off SMART errors so bad, the Dell PERC controller flat out refused to use them, they where RMA’d and replaced after inspection.
The 3 new drives have now been installed, and one is immediately starting out with the same errors, and another of the not RMA’ed disks, is now starting to report the same errors.

Is anyone familiar with these drives, I am hard pressed to believe what I am experiencing here.

From the original SMART output…

Edit: removed markdown formatting, and made it more code-like instead.
Edit2: removed disk serial number.

i would check your perc card firmware. if its too old it wont work properly. older perc firmware does not like generic drives only dell.
