How update firmware WD2003FYYS to DELL Powervault MD3000

I recently buy and added a group of Western Digital WD2003FYYS RE4 to DELL Powervault MD3000 server to install Windows Server 2008.

But OS can’t find any hard drives.

I’m wondering if exist update firmware Dell to this model - WD2003FYYS. Or others drives don´t certified to this model.

What am i missing here?

I would really appreciate your help,

Thanks in advance!

Did you use “F6” during the installation process of your OS to install the driver of your RAID controller?

I never heard something like updating/ upgrading of HDD firmware by the user.

If the drives are not visible in BIOS, try experimenting with the SSC and OPT1 jumpers.
