How do you view files that have been backed up to My Cloud home from my PC, eg photographs, videos, documents etc with the app on the iPhone or iPad.
Using the app I can only see the files backed up from the iPhone and iPad, not from the computer.
Have you already checked the User Manual and the Knowledge Base?
