how do i stop the software update alert popping up on my screen, i am not interested
@heather333 If you have a My Cloud Home device have you looked at the User Manual? See page 24.
- Note the row Firmware Version and the sequence of numbers to the right of the row – this is the current firmware version. This cannot be manually updated through the MyCloud.com web app, since the automatic firmware update feature manages this process.
