My EX4 gave an error message that there was a SMART error on drive 4, the unit is set up as RAID 0. Before I send that drive out for replacement is there a good way to save the data from just that drive and then transfer it to the new drive?

Please note that all the data is spread within all the drives on the unit, if one fails, the RAID configuration will be degraded.
Please contact WD Support for further assistance.
Remember to backup your data to somewhere. Once you replace the fail drive, your RAID 0 will be lost and all your data will be gone. Since you have four drives, it is better to config your unit is RAID 5 or RAID 10.
