How-To restore WD 3TB to factory capacity

Hi there,

I am new at this forum and English is not my native language. Sorry for that…

I have the following problem. My WD Green 3TB drive shows only 756 GB capacity.!
How can I restore factory capacity (3TB).
HDD Capacity Restore Tool is no longer available :frowning:

Does anyone have any suggestions?

You can test the drive on a different computer and also try to perform a low level format.
