How to replace failing drive in Studio Raid 12TB

HI, I have a red G on my STudio R and the GSpeed STudio R software says a Physical drive has an X by it. But every button I click on except the “Dashboard” show unsupported management command in red… This is Mac OS 11.6.3 .
How can i determine which drive to replace?

FYI i used the chat feature for support but the person answering had no idea what to do and suggest the incorrect drive as a replacement…
