How to remove user from cloud access account?

Actually I want to delete a local user, from MyCloudEx2Ultra local admin interface. However, it gave me a prompt, saying " * This local user account is enabled with cloud access. Please login to your cloud access account with this My Cloud NAS before removing this user."

So I went to “https://os5.mycloud.com”, logged in, but couldn’t see anywhere that I can manager/delete user cloud access account.

Anybody any idea? Thanks!

You may use the below KBA for deleting the user.

  1. follow the “Delete a User Cloud Access” section
  2. Follow the “Delete a User”

This does not work. I am logged in as admin. When I try the KBA I get a “This local user account is enabled with cloud access. Please login to your cloud access account with this My Cloud NAS before removing this user.” Message. What account am I being asked to use? What am I being asked to login to?

To remove a cloud access of any user, you log in as admin in the Configure Cloud Access.
For that, in the Configure Cloud Access select admin user.

Click the Sign In button, and fill in the dialog box.
If the user you want to remove the cloud access off has at least a read access to one share, you can remove it with the basket button !

This is almost explain here : Turn Off User Cloud Access

Once, the user shows only Invite button in the Configure Cloud Access panel, you can remove it from the Set Up Local Network Users panel !
