HI All
I have called the help line and they told me to down load the back up files to my mac to up load previous back ups but they are zipped and nothing I do seems to open them. Also now, the WD drive keeps trying to delete the back ups instead of just creating a new file. I purchased a separate external hard drive to make a full copy of my mac before it was wiped clean and the WD system wiped it when I plugged it into my mac!!! how do i recover these files?
