How to Refresh my storage File Listing to Refresh

I have a Media Server connected to my WD Tv Live . I can see and play the files in the Media Server through my WD TV Live but the WD TV Live is listing files incorrectly. It shows the same file name multiple times and the Folder Name as NULL… Does any one else face similiar issue and does any one have a solution for this…?

PS: i have restarted my WD Player and Media Server Several Times… but it did not work

Hello,

Make sure you have the latest firmware installed. If not, then update the firmware and verify if you still have the same issue. 

Edit:    Current Firmware - 1.05.47. Thanks  TonyPh12345 for the correction.

That’s for the WD TV Live Streaming Media Player, not the WD TV Play.

Current firmware is 1.05.47.
