I could not login to my cloud ,suddenly it aske original email address and pass word,i tried with all my email adresses and pass word s,but it does not accept any.Please help me . I am trying to use my my passport wireless,tried with my mac pro and ipad,no luck. Thanks.
Are you talking about logging into MyCloud.com web portal, or logging into the My Cloud Dashboard? You mention having a My Passport Wireless.
