How to rebuild Raid 1 set up

Hi,

I have a Raid 1 set up with 2 WD 4 TB WD40EFRX in a Terramaster enclosure and I use a 27 inch iMac 2017 with Big Sur.
One of the harddisk failed and Western Digital just send me a replacement - super.
All the files are still on the other functioning WD 4 TB WD40EFRX .

My question is how to rebuild the Raid 1 setup?

If I place the new disk next to the still functioning one in the Terramaster enclosure will all the folders and files be automaticly mirrored to new disk?

If not, how should I proceed to get all the folders and files mirrored on the new disk?

You would need to go to TerraMaster website to get the information you need on how to rebuild your RAID. They should have the Raid rebuild software for your device.
