Just installed a MyBook Live 3TB and realized it cannot play wmv-Files. Any hints or suggestions how to tackle this issue?

Anyway, the MBL doesn’t “play” anything. It only serves files.
Tell us more about what you’re trying to do.
i added a wmv file the other day to the videos folder (media sharing enabled), and I played it thru my LG tv no problem.
