How to permanently decrypt?

I know my passwords and when I connect to computer, I can decrypt it. But I want to connect it to my router so I can share the device on my home network.

How can I permanently remove the encryption (i.e remove the password etc)

I do remember the pass but I found no option to permanently disable encryption
