How to map a my cloud home duo on windows 7

Hello, i just bought a my cloud home duo, and i don’t succeed in accessing to it by using wd discovery on windows 7, whereas it works on windows 1p. On windows 7, i have access to mycloud-201933/public, but it is empty. How can i create a disc z: ?

You can see this link might there is issue with the WD Discovery, so you can uninstall and re-install the WD Discovery-

Is Windows 7 32 or 64 bit?
WD Discovery’s Desktop App (Sign In to MyCloud.com) is not supported on 32 bit systems.
The only way to access the MCH from 32bit Win7 is from mycloud.com in a web browser.
