How to make Amazon deliver WD Elements Desktop External Hard Drive

I’ve order a WD 18TB Elements Desktop External Hard Drive USB 3.0 for plug-and-play storage - WDBWLG0180HBK-NESN back in last year black Friday from Amazon, however, it keep delaying it’s delivery date where keep selling the same item on their store, and claim that it’s all about supplier issue, I would like to know if this “supplier” is referring to Western Digital itself? and does Western Digital allowing this happen?
