Hi,
I would like to know if it is possible to install PostgreSQL on a My Cloud Mirror NAS? I have been searching for hours on how to do this, but have found no suitable answer. My goal is to store all the databases created by members of my company on the company’s NAS (instead of storing them on the individual computers).
I noticed that it is possible to install external applications on the NAS, but I did not find PostgreSQL in the list. I also tried to install the Windows binary that I downloaded from the PostgreSQL page, but it didn’t work.
I know it is possible to do this on a Synology NAS, as explained in this tutorial (sorry it is in French):
Is there a way to do the same on a WD My Cloud Mirror NAS?
