How to disable Twonky on World Edition II?

I wouldn’t mind keeping the iTunes server, although I could do without it, but I really want to disable the Twonky Media server. Can I disable it? There doesn’t seem to be a setting for that. If I can’t disable it then is there a way of removing it.

Basically, you disable the Twonky start up script in /etc/init.d. The thread that deals with the WDMBWE going off-line has several posts dealing with the issue…
