How to copy (faster!) back from the Recycle bin

Hello, I have accidentally deleted a whole directory with hundreds of videos and movies. In Windows Exploer I can see the deleted directory in the recycle bin and have also started to copy it back, but this then runs via the home network and gives a time of 6 days. Is there no way to do this directly on the NAS? FTP does not show the recycle bin, what alternatives are there?
