How can I avoid saving my photos more than once on my WD cloud automatically
(not manually one by one as I need to transfer a lot of photos 5K + as some of those are already there)

Storage devices do not normally scan files while they are being added in order to prevent duplicates. However, such functionality can be provided by means of 3rd party applications designed to control what files are added.
