How to automatically sync files between Mac and MyCloud?

Hi people,

I´ve been trying to find the answer to that question in other entries but I havent found any answers…

Its quite simple, lets say I type down a new Word document. Once I finish, is there a way to sync it automatically to MyCloud? If I edit its content in another computer will it also sync?

I dontuse it myself on MAC, but you can use something like this https://www.macupdate.com/app/mac/23023/filesync

or use rsync, http://www.maclife.com/article/howtos/using_rsync_keep_your_files_sync_0
