How to access WD My Cloud from Chrome Book?

Hi,

I want to share my folder wthin My cloud with one of my friend, but he has a chromebook. Is there a way to acess the folder using a chromebook?

You could setup FTP access, the browser should be able to browse the folder

any guide available to eaily set up FTP? i have enabled it via dash board

On the chromebook, in the browser, just type in the external address (i.e.  ftp://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:21)  where x is your external IP.  You can find your external ip by going to whatsmyip.org.
