How open this file - not download? I have VLC, my computer.

@stanek1983 What are you trying to do? Are you trying to watch a video that is on your My Cloud? Are you trying to open it using Chrome? Are you doing this on your network or away from it using Cloud Access? What device are you using, Desktop, Laptop, Tablet, Cell Phone etc.? Please provide more information.

Have you looked at the User Manual for your generation of My Cloud? See Chapter 11.
