How much time does WD support take to reply for RMA's

Does anyone know how much time they take? I created a RMA on 08-12-2012 they received my HD 18/12/2012 and the case never was updated…

Hi well with the xmas season it may take a bit longer. I have only done advanced RMA’s with WD and it took about 4 days. I would contact them as they are the only ones that can tell you what is going on.
