I started updating to firmware 1.13.18 over an hour ago. I now have a blank screen, the white led light on the front of the WD Streamer is on, and my attached USB HD now appears to have been turned off (no light). Is this normal ? Am I expected to restart the unit ? Please advise. Thanks…
Not much help to you but my WD TV Live SMP asked, on switch, if I wanted to update. I said yes, it took a long time to download the firmware, asked for confirmation and updated.
I switched over to the TV while all this was being done, going back and forth till it was done.
Totally unremarkable.
