hi, i’ve uploaded many photos to mycloud 4TB but can someone tell me how often or whether mycloud builds image thumbnails at all because i can’t see any thumbnails preview of photo or video files? is there some setting i need to put to allow the server to build these thumbnails?

It always helps if you say what device you are using to try and view your photos/videos. How did you upload them and how long has it been since they were uploaded? See example images below from my Desktop, Windows 10, using File Explorer.
