How do you set QOS priority for this unit?

Hi, I had reserved an IP for my xbox in my router and set it’s QOS priority to 1 to give priority to it for gaming and watching movies. I wanted to do the same thing with the live wire, but I don’t see it listed in my router. I checked the MAC address, but the live wire MAC address is not listed. Thanks, Ali

QoS doesn’t work that way.

While the LiveWire DOES have its own MAC address, the packets flowing through it don’t use that MAC address, the MAC addresses used are the original MACs of the clients’ packets.

So, if your router’s QoS policy assigned a higher priority for the XBOX using the XBOX’s MAC address, and now the XBOX is communicating thru the LiveWire, then the QoS policy will be unaffected by the introduction of the LiveWire.
