How do I stream videos from MBL remotely?

I put a bunch of video files on my MBL.

On a local network, it shows up as my “HDD” on the My Computer window, and I can access all the files, as well as stream just fine.

However, how do I do this remotely? I tried WD2Go (which gave me the same “HDD” on the My Computer window), but when I tried to stream (double click on the video file to open with Windows Media Player), it just froze up my laptop.

So, how do I do the above?

That’s actually the way to do it, but you need a fast internet connection. You could also install a media server that works remotely.
