How do I stream media from my WIndows 7 PC to my WD TV Live hub?

Hi,

I used to have a pc with Windows Vista and I could stream certain media in certain folders to my WD TV Live hub. But since I have a new PC with Windows 7, it doesn’t seem to be working. Any tips on how to make sure certain folders are shared and to be streamed to my WD TV Live Hub?
