How do i set the password for WD Element 1TB

Hi, friends. i need 2 set password 4 the WD element. 

Is there any programs like WD SmartWare to solve this problem.

Because WD SmartWare doesn’t work at element series.

No, that’s the only software that WD has that can password protect your units. in this case you will need to use a third party software.
