How Do I Reset the IP Address on My EX4

I had to change routers so my IP address changed for my network.  I unplugged everything for the entire netowrk and all other machines work fine (including my EX4100) except my EX4.  It still has the IP address from the previous router so I can’t access in any way.

I did read something about the reset button, but I’m afraid I might lose everything currently saved on the NAS if I do that.

Please advise.

Holding the reset switch will reset the Dashboard’s admin password and IP address. It will not affect your data if done properly.

Ok, this worked.  Held the reset button for 5 sec only.

Thanks for your input.  Now if it had only solved the major technical issues I’m having with this darn thing…
