Hi, I plugged my WD Passport into my laptop which is supported by Windows 7, however it’s asking for a Password to unlock my device, I don’t recall setting one up when I used it last, which was a few years ago and only once. The passport hint is Country, is there anyway I can find out what the forgotten password is? The only other option is to erase all data and I don’t want to do that as there is important documents on the Passport. Any-one have any ideas? Thanks :womanfrustrated:
There is no reset optoin. If you can’t figure it out you are out of luck.
