Hello, I am trying to contact customer service but the 888-527-1441 says it is no longer in service and that I should come here but I definitely prefer to talk to a person!
Briefly;
1- I have ordered 2 WD ‘‘Passport for mac’’ that I need to return because it turned out to be only a 3.5 inches rather than the bigger normal safer model;
2- Second one not delivered!
