When I went to download a new app for my WD portable drive, the My Cloud Home page popped up. Fine, except it covers the center of my desktop, won’t move, blocks my icons and I can’t close it. Went to the chat room and they ended up closing up on me without any solution. How do I get my desktop back?

Yes I did, but can find no evidence of it now. But I did discover that the only way to solve my problem was to reboot. That cleared it. Thank you.
