How do I change my e-mail address on the forum?

My email address needs to be updated… how do I do so? I no longer have access to the old one.

Private message me with your old and new email addresses and I’ll change it for you.

Sir!  I have the same problem!  I could not register a new product in WD with my ordinary E-mail address, (it was used before). I had to use another one that does not work properly (Universal telecom!!). Now I have a support Issue, and would like to inform the support that they  have to use the E-mailaddress from my first product registration!! My ordinary E-mailaddress is [Deleted].

Please help!

By the way, this is not the same problem.  The first user wanted to change his email address for the community.  You may actually be able to change your own email address if you want.  I would sign in to the WD Customer Portal, and go to your profile page.  There you should be able to update your email address.
