What, even if you change all shares to use the Christos credentials?
I’m sure I recall a discussion about Mac keychains being rather persistent, and it being hard to remove all traces of prior credentials. Maybe search the forum for ‘keychain’?
as i said, when i do connect to server in macOS, the finder up at the top shows “Connect as”, if it is ‘admin’ and i change it to the other user, then i lose connection with the Public shares.
here is what i see in regedit for that share … i am trying to see if i can pull up the credentials it is using for that drive.
