How Can I get WD to respond to an issue

 I have problem saving open office docments on the WD USB drive attached to Wd router N 900. It gives error out of space or something like that. Here is my original post, its been such a long time. Infact I cannot open the document from the drive or edit files on the drive.

I can save open office documents to another computer on the network. I can save Word and Microsoft Works documents on the USB drive on N900. Why is it giving trouble with open office and how do you fix it?

Thanks for responding, I dont have Samba, its the WD N900 router with 2 TB USB attached for the storage.
