How can i change Camera Roll section?

Hi,

I have seen that when i make a picture with WD Photos app that my picture will come in the PUBLIC section. There is a directory with my iPhone name and in there you see Camera Roll with the pictures i have make.

The problem is that other people, who have acces to my MyCloud, can see my pictures too. PUBLIC is open, so everybody who have acces can see my pictures too. I want to change that, is dat possible? Is it possible that when i make a picture, that he put it in my PRIVATE section? I want to ceep some pictures private and not to show to all my family. 

Someone who can help me?

Just make another share on your My Cloud and set it to Private, then set the User Access permissions to allow access to whoever you want.

Hi, but that will not change my Camera Roll directory!

He still put my pictures, that i just make with my iPhone, in the PUBLIC, MYNAME IPHONE, CAMERA ROLL directory

And that is what i don’t want!!

I want it in my own directory, where i can see it only and not other people in my house!

Then you’ll need to turn Media Serving off for that share.  But you want be able to view that share via any DLNA/UPnP device.

to make it short: no.

the picture app is not the best… for upload there is only the folder you’re talking about.
use the my cloud app instead for uploading. less compfort, but you can select the upload folder.

That is a great answer. So the WD Picture app it **bleep**?!

I have seen it already, it never works good and i have some 5000 pictures online and i see just 200 pictures.

It is realy a strange app. I have ask already in a other question what to do with the WD Picture app.
