Recently installed WD SmarWare and accepting all default settings.
It is not bcking up the User\AppData\Roaming folder. What do I need to change to get that folder backed up?

Smartware will only backup the data files no apps.
That folder doesn’t contain “apps”, only data. And, should be backed up using Categories option.
I know I can back it up using Folders option but, that shouldn’t be necessary.
But, for me it’s now a moot point. Smartdrive makes my system run so slow, sometimes stopping completely, I’ve discontinued using it.
Since I’ve used many Western Digital products over the years with no troubles this application has been a big disappointment for me.
I’ll be watching for an update that hopefully make it useable.
