When I plug in my passport the home page does not show. I have no place to click backup files. It takes me right to the folders. I can open folders with no problem. I am using XP. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

You need to have WD Smartware installed on you computer in order to view the “home” tab.
If you don’t have it installed you can download and install it form the link below.
