Here there using the following
Mac latest Catalina
WD Duo latest firmware
WD Discovery latest

I can see my duo on finder and via discovery BUT

None of the utilities work saying they can’t see the drive (but see above discovery can).

I can’t manage or test the NAS drive with the WD Disk Utility or WD Security.
I don’t need WD Sync as using ChronoSYnc express which is excellent

Clearly I need Drive utils and Security working

Any thoughts

Please be informed that WD Security and WD Drive Utilities software are not compatible with WD My Cloud Home because both of the software are meant for WD DAS devices.
