Okay so I uploaded my iPhone camera roll via the MCH app. When I view the Photo tab vs the Files tab in the app, the .HEIC files do not show a thumbnail nor can I open them. If i choose Files it works… same happens on the WD discovery app on my Mac

The MCH mobile app will show the thumbnail if the source of HEIC image is in the mobile device while thumbnails will not generate if source is computer or USB backup. You can refer below link for more details about it.
