High CPU usage and wdlog.log file full with "retry create previews"

My EX2 Ultra is running with high CPU usage (80% to 100%) with constantly disk access.
This is not due to the indexation which is finished for many weeks. The main dashboard shows the cloud is “connected” with no more information.
When I look at the log file, I can see the wdlog.log file is full of messages like this :

This message is repeated with the same fileID.
What is wrong with this file ? How can I fix it ?

Hi @Neha_07

My issue is not due to an update. The update was made many weeks ago and my NAS was working fine afterwards.

This is a process that is running non-stop and is logging every 5 min the same message. I just need to understand why.
