HGST - WD Ultrastar DC HC520 HDD Chirping Noise problem when writing

Hi, is it only me or this HGST - WD Ultrastar DC HC520 HDD drive make this chirping noises when writing or downloading files? ( Link for the video of the noise)

Before i get a replacement HDD, I just want to know if it’s normal or not. If the new drive will make the same noise then there’s no point of getting the replacement drive. Does anybody have the same noising issue using the HGST Drives?
