Hi, I have two HGST Ultrastar C10K1800 HUC101812CSS204 and
have trouble finding the sas disk firmware and a tool to update them.

Can you help me?

Hi, I have the same issue with similar disks. The HGST Ultrastar C10K1800 HUC101830CSS200 is a disk WD doesn’t seem to want to know. No drivers, no tools, and no firmware. I just bought 8 of them…

I have 10 pcs HUC101812CSS204.
I also can’t find new firmware.

The same problem with HGST Ultrastar C10K1800 HUC101812CS4204. Western Digital support does not reply.
