HELPaudit- not all files backed up

Did a backup of music and picture files to passport ULTRA 2 TB. The total file size didn’t look right compared to the C drive
Whn I looked in music for example, 277 artists of Ultra and 373 on C drive so I’m missing files
Thoughts- using WD smartware SW

Hello,

Have you tried restarting the software and let the software scan the drive again?

Also note, that the software won’t perform the backup on system files.
