My Public shortcut finds nothing, wd smartware doesn’t detect, the light on the front of my My Book Live is white, occasionally turns blue for ten seconds then goes back to white…anyone help me?
I think for this one you need to call W.D. technical support. If the light is oscillating between blue and white, and it’s a stab in the dark educated guess, when it’s looking like the Linux OS is loading and something is causing the MyBook Live to reboot before the load completes and it looks like it’s stuck in a reboot loop.
